My previous associations
After all years, I am still trying to figure this one out. It changes daily. I will get back to you.
My responsibilities included: managing a six person Technical Support team, overseeing a software beta testing and technical support lab, architect of preparatory online Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Package, graphic design of brochures, display booths, business cards, and print advertising and created e-commerce websites that were fully integrated with the Kea Group's ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
My responsibilities included: ensuring the fulfillment of a large publicly traded software company’s orders, served as liaison between internal Support and Sales departments and the customer regarding their shipments and e-fulfillment, generation of weekly and monthly sales reports, managed and entered Purchases Orders in customer’s accounting packages, reconciled customer merchant account on a monthly basis, administration of customer’s CRM software (Salesforce.com), helped Product Management with coordination of new software releases, provisioning of software Serial Keys for end users.
Dangerfive Records was a micro-indie record label that I founded in 1999. Dangerfive has released thirteen albums for both local and international artists.
My responsibilities included: engineering and music production of multiple independent bands, overseeing the production and manufacturing of compact discs and vinyl records, artwork layout and preparation for compact discs, vinyl LPs, vinyl singles and posters, advertising design, fulfilling of wholesale and web orders, inventory control, distribution (both electronic and physical), marketing and promotion of independent albums.
My responsibilities included: designed and maintained the corporate website, designed of sales brochures, prepared technical drawings and blueprint designs for customer approval, network and email administration for Vermont location, wrote quality control procedures in accordance to ISO 9001 standards, wrote custom databases for purchasing and inventory control and performed accounting tasks for the Vermont Location.
What I have done in my academic career
I was an active member of the University of Vermont’s Radio Station, WRUV, for over five years. In addition to my disc jockey responsibilities, I designed schedules and brochures. I also worked with the fundraising committee and as the assistant engineer.
As a member of the board my responsibilities included setting up fund raisers, taking care of the organization’s website and other technical needs.
